Cognitive agents for marketing + sales

Make market signals answer to
sales evidence.

Nusawan is being designed to connect permitted signals, approved social and retail actions, and observed sales outcomes. Completed sales—not attention alone—inform where teams focus and what they test next.

One intelligence layer

Two sales channels.
One standard of proof.

From the feed to the shop floor, activity earns investment when it can be connected to observed, established sales. Repeated sales evidence can indicate where demand is concentrated and inform the next bounded expansion test.

Cognitive agents for

Physical retail

The planned workflow turns store context into approved local sales experiments, then connects promotions and team actions to available POS outcomes so shop-floor activity can be judged by attributable sales evidence.

  • Store-level opportunity detection
  • Local promotion and team tests
  • Evidence target: attributable in-store sales

Designed for a fragmented world

One idea should never sound the same everywhere.

Nusawan is being designed to turn permitted signals and business-owned analytics into channel-ready drafts—with platform context, brand voice, and human approval built into the workflow.

Coverage is not equal or universally real time. Bluesky supports live public-network signals; YouTube supplies official discovery data; and X access is paid and policy-limited. Owner-authorized or vetted workflows apply to Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile, and installed Discord servers. Telegram is not enabled for AI trend ingestion under current terms. TikTok, Lemon8, UpScrolled, and Fanbase are human-curated; DiVine and Skylight are protocol pilots; Noplace requires explicit permission. WhatsApp Business and Google Business Profile are business-operation surfaces, not market-wide trend feeds.

The sales evidence loop

Established sales evidence informs what gets tested next.

Reach, engagement, visits, and footfall are useful leading indicators. Nusawan treats them as hypotheses until completed sales provide evidence.

  1. 01

    Form a demand hypothesis

Combine permitted signals, authorized insights, business context, and human research to identify a specific audience, place, product, and reason to buy.

  2. 02

    Run an approved sales test

Your team reviews a channel-specific content, offer, promotion, or store action before anything publishes or changes in-store.

  3. 03

    Establish sales evidence

Where integrations permit, connect campaign, commerce, POS, inventory, and timing data to completed sales. Incomplete attribution is labelled with its confidence—not presented as causality.

  4. 04

    Validate market focus

Compare repeated sales evidence by audience, geography, product, and channel—and margin where authorized cost data is available. Market share requires total brand sales and qualified total category sales for the same market universe; incomplete brand coverage is reported as sales contribution instead.

  5. 05

    Expand through the next test

Recommend repeating supported patterns or testing adjacent segments and locations, then feed observed outcomes into the next recommendation—with human approval at every move.

Nusawan principle 01

Sales evidence
before scale.

Not every trend deserves investment. The planned decision record weighs audience, objectives, voice, timing, risk, and commercial context—then asks whether sales were observed after approved action and whether a designed comparison supports incrementality. Margin is considered where authorized cost data is available.

Built around your judgement

Your business context stays under your control.

01

Permission-scoped

Use only the accounts, signals, and first-party context your team chooses to connect.

02

Evidence-bound

Recommendations carry their source, outcome, and attribution confidence so teams can distinguish observation from inference.

03

Human-approved

Publishing and store actions remain behind explicit team review and authorization.

Early access

Turn the next signal
into sales evidence.

Start with approved social sales tests. Extend the same evidence loop into connected retail, then recommend expansion where repeated sales evidence supports the next bounded test.
